Atrium, founded in 1995, is a well known brand in the recruitment market in the United States. The company’s mission is to build the workforce of tomorrow by putting people first.


We began our collaboration with Atrium in 2016 to optimize their website and provide monthly SEO maintenance. Shortly after, we started offering consultation for PPC campaigns and eventually took over this activity as well. Our goals were to improve the website’s visibility in organic searches and increase the number of conversions from both potential employees and employers. We achieved these objectives by implementing On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO strategies.


When we started the SEO optimization, the website had recently been changed and was not indexed correctly; it didn’t appear on the first pages of organic Google searches, while the competition occupied leading positions. Challenges included increasing Brand Awareness, increasing website visits through organic traffic, creating new content, improving the ranking of targeted keywords, increasing the site’s Domain Authority, and enhancing visibility on Google Jobs for posted jobs.


The total number of conversions increased by over 56%
